“My identity is in Christ; not in basketball”

The quote above is from Jeremy Lin. Actually, I was just scrolling in my facebook account and happened to see this on my wall. It’s a very interesting quote, actually. It has so much substance in it. We may be very good at something like painting, dancing, singing, writing, playing basketball, and so much more; but let’s not forget the One who gave you the abilities and gifts. We are more than the label the world gives us. We are more than on what we are good at. And truly, our identity is in Christ— the One who deserves to be given praises and glory.
